Troy University

Troy University began opening off campus sites due to agreements with several branches of the military to offer advanced education programs for their military personnel. Over the last three years, C&W assisted Troy with over 30 campus locations throughout the country, mainly concentrated in Southeastern United States. Services included overall real estate strategy and implementation timelines, lease acquisitions, renewals and relocations.
